I can't summon the right words to describe how glad I am right now. This may sound a bit melodramatic but it feels really good to know that the things that I worked hard for are appreciated by the people around me.
Few days ago, the election fever is very evident in our clan. I can read all kinds of campaign and pleas from the YES, VAMOS and SAM ASTIG in every GM that I received which made me wonder why Globe Telecoms isn't out of business yet. My cell also felt the heat of the campaign 'coz it now hangs every 5 minutes (last week it's every 10 mins. Lolz!). I also noticed some pa-GM's of other members which went something like "maawa kayo no GM's skin", "cra na po phone ko, no GM's please", "pwedeng wag makulit? mabilis ako malobat! wala munang GM's!". No matter how they say it, it only meant one thing, those disturbed Samsters need a break. But for heaven's sake, who am I to talk about my disrupted clanmates when I, myself is guilty of the crime? I don't send group messages but I do ask my other clanmates to do it for me. I did it 'coz I have to spread the url of this blog so that my clanmates will be aware about this site. Sorry to those that I disturbed, I only did that for the benefit of the Bantay Bata Kids (anudaw!?).
Nonetheless, my pambubulahaw paid off for a lot of Samsters visited the site and gave me nice feedbacks. Some even asked me to teach them with some stuffs about blogging. I thought that they will just ignore my message so I felt so flattered na may nakaka-appreciate pala ng kadaldalan ko.
The election happened during the day of my advance registration in Yupi and the MoA get together of the SCC. That day was indeed another adventure of a sophisticated manila girl or should I say promdi trying to fit in the city? For more details I'll try to make a post about that soon.
The next day was the announcement of winners. I'm not expecting anything for the reasons that I already mentioned on my previous posts. It was a busy day and I can no longer manage to worry about the election results. I was on my way to Malolos for my scholarship exam when Samster Aileen texted. She congratulated me so I suddenly become puzzled on why the heck is she congratulating me. After few moments, it was confirmed that I WON AS ONE OF THE BLOGGERS/STAFFERS OF SCC! I actually screamed with delight which shocked my Dad who's driving the van and my Mom who is busy fixing her stuff. I was reprimanded for acting so barbaric so I pull myself together and acted like nothing happened. I received tons of messages congratulating me and I got even more overwhelmed.
To all of those who trusted me to be an officer of our clan, thank you very much. To those who gave super nice feedbacks about my site, my warmest gratitude. I will try my best not to disappoint all of you. I love you all. *hugs & kisses"
